中共始终的目的都是扩大自身的权力，说的好听一点就是要把红旗插遍全球，从1949年执政以来就不断的输出革命，和世界各地的恐怖组织勾勾搭搭，也一直都是北朝鲜的保护伞，但因70-80年代的国家无以为继，迫不得已开始发展经济，中国人民也释放了自己巨大潜力，中国经济高速发展。但自习近平上台以来，不管基于什么原因，使得他觉得时机成熟可以不用韬光养晦，可以和美国掰一掰手腕了，中国开始重新向毛统治时代演变，导致国际环境变得对中国不再友好，经济发展一落千丈，加上个人崇拜和一切向上看，在党内排除异己，大权独揽，导致中国的房地产行业遭遇了无法逃脱的危机
